Esta laptop es de una amiga y el problema es k al encenderla aparece un mensaje

la verdad no se si habra un modo de saltarse o quitar ese mensaje para poder entrar al sistema o talves alguna forma de formatear el bios y eliminar esa pantalla por k solo me da como 3 intentos y luego se apaga, no se que puedo hacer si alguien sabe algo les agradesere estas son las especificaciones:
