Como reducir el excesivo ruido en Portatil

Necesitamos saber que tipo de ruido es, pero lo mas seguro es que el ventilador este girando mas rapido de lo normal, o que este trabado

Puede ser el cooler del procesador con polvo, me he topado con muchas HP/Compaq con problemas de temperatura y ruido, generalmente desarmandolas y limpiando se soluciona.
